All goods shall be shipped exclusively through the services of India Post, utilizing either the Speed Post service or the Registered Post service, as determined by the availability of these options at the time of shipment. Our commitment to leveraging India Post ensures reliable and trusted delivery channels for our customers. 

Additionally, to provide further peace of mind and safeguard against unforeseen circumstances during transit, we are pleased to offer optional insurance coverage for all shipments. This insurance may be availed at the customer’s discretion, ensuring that the value of their collectibles is protected throughout the shipping process. Customers opting for insurance will benefit from enhanced security and compensation eligibility in the event of loss, damage, or delay, subject to the terms and conditions outlined by India Post and our Shipping Policy. Buyers are requested to review the the aforementioned policy for a comprehensive understanding of available shipping methods, associated benefits, and inherent risks. Familiarity with these terms is essential for clarity regarding delivery expectations and potential limitations.

• At the time of shipment, coins will be securely packaged for delivery in one of two standard options: a protective plastic wrap or a traditional cardboard coin flip, both of which are designed to ensure the coin’s safety during transit, and done so at no additional cost to the buyer. 

• Buyers may specify their preferred packaging method at the time of purchase, including a cardboard coin flip, which must be specifically requested. The use of a cardboard coin flip is not guaranteed and is subject to availability; however, we will make every effort to accommodate all such requests to the best of our ability, based on stock and suitability for the specific coin.

• In addition to these standard options, we are pleased to offer coin capsules as an alternative for those seeking enhanced protection or display quality. These capsules are crafted to provide a durable, airtight enclosure that safeguards the coin from environmental factors and handling wear. 

• If a coin is already housed in a coin capsule at the time of sale, or if the buyer explicitly requests that the coin be shipped in a coin capsule rather than the standard packaging options, an additional fee of Rs. 50 will be applied to cover the cost of the capsule and associated handling. 

• This fee ensures that buyers have the flexibility to choose their preferred storage method while maintaining transparency regarding any additional charges. 

• Should the buyer have any special instructions or questions regarding the packaging options, they are encouraged to contact us prior to finalizing their order to ensure their preferences are fully met.

• Banknotes will be housed and handled in a manner deemed optimal by us to ensure their protection and preservation during storage and shipment. 

• Buyers may submit additional requests regarding the handling or packaging of banknotes, and we will strive to accommodate these preferences to the best of our ability. 

• However, while we aim to meet such requests whenever feasible, we cannot guarantee that all preferences will be fulfilled due to practical or logistical constraints.
